FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Security training is vital for protecting an organisation’s people, assets, data, events and reputation. Well-trained employees are more likely to recognise threats, avoid security breaches and comply with policies, reducing risks and incidents.

All employees, from entry-level staff to executives, should participate in security training. Different roles may require specialised training based on their access to sensitive information or systems.

Security training should be conducted regularly. Initial training should occur during onboarding, with refresher courses annually or whenever there are significant changes to policies, procedures, or emerging threats.

Although  many organisations utilise online training modules offering trainees a degree of flexibility, this is not considered conducive in mastering the types of practical, core skills offered by ALPHA. All our training is conducted face-to-face by experts with years of real-world experience in their particular field.
