Who We Are
At ALPHA, we are a team of seasoned Executive Protection professionals with backgrounds in both public service and private security.
Our expertise is rooted in real-world operations and built on years of experience in high-stakes environments. The majority of our team members are former officers of the Hong Kong Police Force — from Sergeant to Assistant Commissioner — mainly serving in specialist units covering VIP Protection, Airport Security and Counter-Terrorism.
All ALPHA operatives are fluent in English and speak at least one additional Asian language. They have received in-depth related training and undergone attachments to overseas police and military teams across Asia, Europe, North America and Australasia.
Although our focus is now firmly on the private sector, many of our members have previously provided security for royalty, heads of state and senior government officials as well as numerous high-profile events.

Staff are mainly from UK, Hong Kong, China and USA with several other nationalities.
How is your pricing structured?
Pricing is always based on the specifics of each project. The required level of security depends on various factors, including time, distance and the activities involved. Elements such as the number of personnel, transportation and contingencies are all considered in our preparatory work. Ultimately, the cost of achieving the optimal level of security can only be determined once we understand the client’s preferences and requirements. We will not compromise on this standard but you may rest assured that we are competitively priced.

We provide customized solutions tailored to your needs, with the flexibility to adjust durations, locations, schedules, and circumstances as required. Your safety is our top priority and we always strive to anticipate scenarios even though some factors may remain unpredictable.
